Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2003 Candace grew up in Fairfax county (Reston, VA) and attended South Lakes High School. After graduating from high school she attended George Mason University where she obtained her B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Information Technology. Later, she attended the satellite campus (located in Northern Virginia) of Florida Institute of Technology where she obtained her M.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Acquisitions and Contract Management. She moved to Prince William county in 2008 and has lived there ever since. Growing up in Northern Virginia has allowed her to see many changes (especially growth) throughout the various communities. Candace is married to Erik Noel, a fellow GMU alumni, and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting the local state parks with her family, riding her motorcycle, and visiting the historical landmarks in this region.
